My main hobby is long-distance running. The training regimen is exhausting and time-consuming, but I get a great thrill from the competition of the marathons and a sense of accomplishment. I compete several times a year in different parts of the world. Is it advisable to have a hobby requiring so much time and effort for such concentrated fun?
