Our town has had an influx of gourmet food trucks. Local restaurants have pressured the police to monitor and essentially harass the food trucks to keep them from parking anywhere near the restaurants. The restaurants’ property taxes lead to higher costs and difficulty competing. How can the food trucks and restaurants peacefully coexist?
